You book a river cruise through one of our partners. We work with international travel organizations and entrust the bookings to them. For our English guests, this partner is GN Holidays and Saga. This depends on which cruise. Most trips with the departure point in the Netherlands start in cities such as Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Arnhem. Most cruises with a departure point in Germany start in cities like Cologne, Düsseldorf or Bonn. For the guests who do not live close to the boarding point, our travel organizations often offer bus transfers. They will pick you up and bring you to the ship. This is not always included in the price of all travel organizations. It is best to contact the travel agency where you booked the river cruise for more information about this subject.

Yes, wireless WiFi is installed on all our ships. You can obtain a WiFi code for your mobile device at the reception. This is against payment of a small amount. You pay € 10 per day and € 25 per trip for unlimited internet.

Yes, you can pay on board with a debit card, Visa and Master card. Cash is also possible.

Yes, at least 4 employees have a first aid diploma on board our ships. In addition, there is a defibrillator in case of an emergency. The entire crew receives annual training with regard to fire exercises, compressed air and first aid.

Yes, this is possible on request. Due to safety regulations, there is limited space for walkers and wheelchairs. We can therefore only allow a limited number.

All our prices are based on full board. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee, tea and pastries are included. Other drinks that you order at the bar or in the restaurant are not. These are put on your cabin number and you can pay at the end of the journey.

Allergies and diets are best communicated directly with your booking. Our office receives this information from the travel company. We will then ensure that our ships are aware of your allergy or dietary requirements. If you did not communicate this during your booking, it is best to contact our office.
